What the site is. Spring Junk Removal Pros is a referral service. It passes requests to independent junk removal and cleanout contractors. It is not a hauling company.
Who does the work. Any work is done by an independent contractor. Price, schedule, method and disposal are agreed between you and that contractor.
No guarantee. This site does not guarantee that a contractor will be available, accept a job, or meet any price or time.
Information on the site. Facts about local rules link to their sources and may change. Check current rules with the agency or district that sets them. Nothing here is legal advice.
Your part. Give accurate information about the property and what is being removed, including anything hazardous, and make sure you have the right to have it removed.
Contact consent. Sending a request means you agree to be contacted about it by phone, text or email.
Limits. To the extent the law allows, this site is not liable for the work or conduct of any contractor.
Changes. These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies.
