Junk Removal in Northampton, Spring
Big wooded lots and houses that have been lived in since the late 1960s. In Northampton the yard and the estate are the two jobs that come up most.
Northampton, From Its Own History
Northampton MUD's history says development began in 1968 under developer Glenn McMillan, on a tract that ran from Root Road to Willow Creek, among towering pine and oak trees, and that it grew to about 1,400 homes. HAR lists a median lot of 15,120 square feet, the largest of any neighborhood on this site.

Large Lots, Tall Trees, Long Tenure
A third of an acre under old pines means a lot of yard. Limbs come down in every strong wind, sheds and workshops sit at the back of the lot, and some properties have outbuildings that have not been emptied in decades. That puts stop three, shed and yard, at the center of most Northampton jobs.
Houses from the late 1960s and 1970s also reach the estate stage. A family clearing a parent's Northampton house is often looking at the full five stops, and more than one visit.
A Trash Rule Worth Checking
Northampton MUD's trash notice of March 28, 2017 set collection on Tuesday and Friday, with items out by 7:00 a.m., and listed Freon appliances and construction debris among things its hauler would not take. The notice is dated; check the MUD for the current rule before setting anything at the curb.
