Junk Removal in Inverness Forest
The southern end of this list, on Cypress Creek where FM 1960 crosses it. Inverness Forest carries a Houston mailing address and its own improvement district, and it knows water.

The Levee
The Harris County Flood Control District says its levee was originally built in 1993 to protect the Inverness Forest neighborhood, and that modifications funded by the 2018 bond started in September 2022. The improvement district says the levee protects about 147 homes. The neighborhood was evacuated during and after Harvey.

Why It Is on a Spring Site
Inverness Forest sits just south of the Spring and Klein area proper, on the same creek, and this line takes requests from it. It is listed here with its real address and school district rather than folded into Spring.
What Jobs Here Look Like
Houses from the late 1960s on lots averaging 11,700 square feet share a lot with Northampton's: yard and shed jobs, and full attics. The water history adds a category the northern neighborhoods see less of: carpet, pad and furniture coming out after a flood.
After any water event, keep hauling and remediation separate. A hauler removes material; mold covering 25 contiguous square feet or more is licensed remediation work in Texas.
