Junk Removal in Klein
Klein is not one subdivision. It is the unincorporated community that takes its name from Adam Klein and, in practice, the whole Klein ISD area, which means dozens of districts and dozens of trash rules.
Where the Name Comes From
The Handbook of Texas describes German settlers in the 1840s at a place called Big Cypress; Adam Klein arrived in 1854, and a post office opened in 1884 in a store on Spring-Cypress Road. Klein ISD formed in 1938, and in 1977 the legislature designated the district as Klein, Texas. Klein is an unincorporated community rather than a Census-designated place.

One Name, Many Trash Rules
Because Klein covers so much ground, there is no single Klein curbside rule. Each subdivision's MUD or utility district hires its own hauler and posts its own bulk limits. A neighbor two streets over can have a different pickup day and a different item cap.
When calling from Klein, say the subdivision name as well as the street. It helps the contractor know the access, and it helps you check whether a single item could have gone out with regular pickup.
Klein and Cypress Creek
The Harris County Flood Control District's account of the April 2016 Tax Day storm lists communities in Spring and Klein in the Cypress Creek watershed among those that flooded. Houses that took water then replaced carpet, drywall and furniture at the same time.
